Orbital Computers offers an industry-leading warranty by default on all our computers. It’s important to note that while we take great pride in our extensive warranty, we work extremely hard to make sure your PC never has a problem. Starting from our carefully curated components, hand-picked for reliability and longevity, to the extensive non-destructive stress testing we perform on every PC, our goal is make maximize your system’s up-time.
Lifetime Tech Support
Provided exclusively by Orbital Computers’ in-house employees, every PC comes with free tech support for life. Available via phone, email, or chat, our expert support can help with just about any question you may have about your PC – from helping install new programs, fixing bugs/glitches, remote controlling your PC (with your permission and user-provided one-time password) to fix issues, etc, our highly acclaimed support is included free for life.
Lifetime Labor & 3+ Years Parts (minimum)
We cover every component for a minimum of 3 years against failure not caused by abuse/misuse. Individual components may come with extended parts warranties of their own; for example, all the RAM we use has a lifetime warranty, our Corsair power supplies have a 10 year warranty, etc.
We will perform repair or upgrade labor at no cost to you for the life of the PC.
If the PC needs to be returned for repair within the first year, Orbital Computers will prepay return shipping for the PC both ways.
3 Years On-site Service (Same-Day¹) & Express Parts Replacement²
We offer 3 years on-site service for every Orbital Computer after remote diagnosis. We will diagnose the problem over the phone or remote connection and promptly have a technician sent to your office or home to replace any complicated hardware that is determined to be faulty. We always try to have the tech sent out on the same day or otherwise as soon as possible. Most areas in the US are covered by our on-site service. If a component fails, we will expedite you a replacement before sending you a prepaid return shipping label for the broken component. Customers are expected to perform basic replacements of simple to install components under our direction. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to get your PC back up and running with minimal down-time so we’ll work with you to figure out the optimal solution.
¹ On-site service is provided as fast as possible, usually on the same day you notify us of the problem. Rural areas of the US may not be covered if a technician can’t make it to your location.
² On-site service and express parts replacement is provided for US customers only. We will still try to provide on-site service and parts replacement as fast as possible for international customers but all international repairs/replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. From time to time, identical replacement components may go out of production or have extended lead times, in which case we will provide comparable hardware, working in coordination with the customer.
