Orbital Computers LLC offers an industry-leading warranty by default on all our desktop computers. It’s important to note that while we take great pride in our extensive warranty, we work extremely hard to make sure your PC never has a problem. Starting from our carefully curated components, hand-picked for reliability and longevity, to the extensive non-destructive stress testing we perform on every PC, our goal is make maximize your system’s up-time.
Lifetime Hardware Tech Support
Provided by Orbital Computers’ in-house employees, every Orbital Computers PC comes with free hardware tech support for life. Available via phone, email, or chat during business hours, our expert support can help diagnose and resolve Orbital Computers hardware issues. While we may make efforts to assist with basic Microsoft Windows operating system support, our technical assistance is intended to cover Orbital Computers hardware issues and you may need to seek support for Operating System issues elsewhere. Issues Orbital Computers LLC tech support does not assist with include but are not limited to: resolving end-user software issues, data transfer, software installation/uninstallation, network troubleshooting, virus or malware removal, or data recovery services. Software is provided on an as-is basis. Our highly acclaimed support is included free for the reasonable serviceable life of the Orbital Computer.
Parts & Labor Warranty
The Orbital Computers LLC parts warranty covers Desktop Computer components for a period of 3 years, provided the damage is not the result of the exclusions listed in the Terms and Conditions. Individual components may be offered with extended parts warranties of their own. Ask your sales advisor about individual component warranty terms prior to ordering for detailed information.
The parts and labor warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase for all Laptops.
If the PC needs to be returned for repair within the first year, Orbital Computers will prepay return shipping for the PC both ways. After the first year, return shipping for depot repairs is the responsibility of the customer. Orbital Computers LLC is not responsible for data loss or data corruption that occurs as a result of using our products or services. It is the customer’s responsibility to backup all data routinely and prior to servicing. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure no confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or personal information is left on any data storage device sent to Orbital Computers LLC. This warranty does not extend to third-party products, user-provided upgrades, or peripherals.
Express Parts Replacement²
If we determine a component needs to be replaced, we will expedite you a replacement individual component before sending you a prepaid return shipping label for the faulty component (first year). Customers are expected to carry out troubleshooting steps as instructed by phone or email and are expected to perform basic replacement of components under our direction.

² Express parts replacement is provided for US customers only. From time to time, identical replacement components may go out of production or have extended lead times, in which case we will provide comparable hardware.
All laptops receive a 1 year warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated and include free tech support for life.
