What happens next:

• We’ve received your order for your virtual workstation.
• Your first month’s $30 service & support charge will be charged up front for the account setup process.
• You will be billed on the first of each month for the storage and hours the PC is used. Make sure to follow the guide’s instructions on how/when to ‘Shutdown this machine’ to keep your monthly costs to a minimum (as the system is billed by the hour).
• We will provision your new virtual workstation, specified as you have requested, within 1 business hour. We will choose a datacenter closest to your physical location for optimal latency.
• Keep an eye out on your email for your welcome email, which will include a detailed video on how to get your account setup and how to get your VWS running once its provisioned.
