Q: Does Orbital Computers ship internationally?

A: We ship all our products world-wide. The only deviation from our normal checkout process is you may have to pay a bit for shipping - usually under $125 for priority air mail with insurance. Contact us for an exact quote. We also offer small configurations that make international shipping much cheaper.

Q: Does Orbital Computers offer financing?

A: Yes Orbital Computers offers financing. Click here to learn about financing options. Configure your PC as desired, add it to cart, and click the button for 'Get Financing' at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

Q: Quantity Discounts?

A: We offer significant quantity discounts for orders of two or more PCs, generally starting around 5% off and increasing from there. To determine your maximum quantity discount, please contact us so we can finalize a configuration for you and then add on the maximum quantity discount.

Q: What forms of payment does Orbital Computers accept?

A: We accept most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and AMEX right through our website as the primary form of payment. Alternatively, we can accept Paypal, check, money order, and wire/ACH transfer. We also accept most major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, etc. For any of these alternative forms of payment, please contact us here.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: The easiest and best way to order from Orbital Computers is to call us at 877-976-7510 and have one of our expert engineers guide you through the component selection process. They will be able to recommend the most cost effective solutions for your unique uses and needs. If you already have a good idea of what components you want in your new computer, you can navigate the site, choose the computer that will best suit your needs, and configure it with the specific options you would like. Q: Can you custom build something for me that's not on your site?

A: Yes. The custom PC component industry is massive and custom configuration options are nearly endless. If you have an idea for a build, no matter how standard or wild it may be, we would be glad to make it happen for you! Just contact us via phone or email and we will discuss the specifics of your ideas.

Q: What if I need technical assistance?

A: Orbital Computers offers free US based technical assistance for life! Just give us a call or send us an email outlining the nature of the issue and we will work with you to quickly resolve it.

Q: Are Orbital Computers more difficult to use than other brand computers?

A: Absolutely not! All our computers are Plug-and-Play out of the box. We will send you a brief personalized quick start guide that tells you exactly which wires to hook up, how to orient your machine for optimal airflow, and generally how to get started. Your operating system and all drivers will be installed, configured, tested, and ready to go so all you have to do is turn the PC on and enjoy your new computer!

Q: Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?

A: Orbital Computers only collects sales tax from buyers in Washington State. Buyers in any other state do not have to pay sales tax for their purchase.

Q: How much will shipping cost and can you insure my order?

A: All Orbital Computers ship free, fully insured for the total value of the purchase via FedEx Ground services! Please do note that because of the high value of our computers, you will have to be present to sign for the package. If you know you can't be present to sign for the shipment, please contact us before placing your order so that we can make other arrangements.

Q: Does Orbital Computers ever install needless software known as 'Bloatware' on customers computers?

A: Absolutely not, that is strictly against our policy! We never install any bloatware on any Orbital Computer. We will install all the drivers and management software that comes with your components (for example the GPU management software that comes with your graphics card, or the fan control software that comes with your CPU cooler) but we will never install any bloatware of any kind on our computers.

Q: How long does it take to build my computer?

A: We try to minimize the build time as much as possible. After we finish building your computer, we put it through a rigorous 72 hour stability testing and quality assurance program to ensure maximum reliability. Once our stability testing is complete, we are able to package and ship the computer out, usually on that same day. Most orders are shipped from our Everett Washington facility within 7 calendar days of the order placement. In the rare instance we need to stray from that guideline, we will immediately update you. We will also keep you updated throughout the build process so that you know exactly what stage of the build your computer is in.
